Rules of Engagement
Once the client authorizes a project, the matrix company initiates the following procedures.

• Presents the client with a Gantt chart that defines a sequential process for the project and a completion schedule
• Assign a matrix team that will be responsible and accountable for the project
• Procure materials needed for job completion
• Deploy qualified labor to accomplish task
• Execute project from concept to finish
• An FQC (final quality control) team is sent on site to ensure job completion to customer's spec
• Bill customer for entire project
• Develop a post construction maintenance plan
